Furniture Rental for Staging
Every staging scheme includes furniture rental for staging, so you do not need to buy anything. We design the scheme, then supply, deliver, install and style the furniture, soft furnishings and accessories, remove all packaging and collect everything at the end of the hire.
The minimum initial hire term is eight weeks. Installation typically takes place within 7 to 10 working days of booking and is usually completed on site within 24 to 48 hours. Your written quote confirms the pieces, rooms and hire term before we begin.
Staging Occupied Homes and Homes to Rent
Not every property is empty. For occupied or part-furnished homes, we work with the furniture already in place, remove what distracts and add hired pieces only where they make a real difference to how a room photographs and feels on a viewing.

How Much Does Property Staging Cost?
Every property is different, so we quote for the rooms, furniture, access and timetable involved rather than using a fixed price list. Our London service ranges from styling visits in occupied homes to full staging of vacant properties, including rental furniture, styling, delivery, installation and collection.
The main things that affect the cost of property staging are the number of rooms staged, the size of the property, the length of the hire (minimum eight weeks) and access for delivery. After an initial conversation, we recommend the right level of support and provide a detailed quote.

Meet Rachael and Carys
Staged by The Property Ladies is run by Rachael and Carys: friends, business partners, landlords and mums. Before property, Carys qualified as a nurse and Rachael as a social worker.
In 2021 Rachael set up a property management company, and together they built Property Ladies Ltd, managing rental homes for landlords across South London. That hands-on experience shapes every scheme: we balance design with real market insight, numbers and buyer psychology.
