Staged by The Property Ladies was born out of our passion for property, interiors and creating spaces that truly stand out. But our story began much earlier.​

Back in 2021, we launched our first company - Rachel’s Rent to Rent - offering a Guaranteed Rent service for landlords across London who wanted a fully hands-off experience. The idea came from our own frustrations as property owners struggling to find reliable management. We wanted to build a service that genuinely cared for both landlords and tenants, combining professionalism with a personal touch.

As the business grew and evolved into Property Ladies Ltd, one thing became clear - our love for staging and interior design was at the heart of what we did. Every property we manage still benefits from our eye for design and the results spoke for themselves - faster lets, higher returns and happier clients.

That passion is what led to the launch of Staged by The Property Ladies. Today, we specialise in staging properties for sale, rent, serviced accommodation and HMOs, along with delivering interior design projects that transform spaces.
